After over 30 years of growth and success in supply chain optimization, sales, and operations, Carlos Vega founded RESOURCE Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in 2015.

Over the years, Carlos has been recognized by his clients, peers and professional organizations for his high ethical standards, customer-centric approach, achieving results and passion for supporting the community.

As a trusted advisor to all levels of management, Carlos applies a 360 degree, collaborative approach to deliver material improvements across the operation. Known in the industry as the “go to guy”, Carlos has nurtured an impressive network of resources and professionals that can be brought to bear in solving the most challenging of situations in companies large and small.

Early in his career as an operations leader, Carlos developed and managed multi-site distribution operations and supply chains for a wide range of marquee companies including Warner Bros., Character Collectibles, Edgepark Surgical, Vanmark, Meyer Distribution and Independence Medical.

After gaining a mastery over a variety of distribution models as an operations executive, Carlos applied his leadership and problem solving abilities as a sales executive and solutions consultant. Carlos formed and successfully led sales teams for two of the world’s largest automation providers, Dematic and Intelligrated.

Carlos leads by example and creates an enthusiastic “Can do”, “What If” mindset in teams - there are no limits to what can be accomplished leading a team the way. Preferring a long term, “big picture” approach, his team delivers value by engineering and implementing innovative solutions to achieve operational excellence.
